  the evening is a spacious\, light filled private basement residence with 
 multiple areas and equipment to play with\, so is only open to vetted memb
 ers. After being greeted at the door\, head to the kitchen to get your wel
 come cocktail and meet fellow guests. Relax in the spacious seating area o
 r in the Moroccan-inspired semi-outdoor seating space\, while observing al
 l the fun of the dungeon area. There are two separate bedrooms for play as
  well. Foxy and Vixens are there to make guests feel at home and make conn
 ections to other members so please feel free to come solo. We are a super 
 friendly bunch! 🧡 Spaces are limited to 60 and to ensure the right bala
 nce between genders\, ages\, sexual orientation etc.\, guests are required
  to share information about themselves on the check out form. Buying a tic
 ket is no guarantee of a space. If in the event we cannot accommodate you\
 , your ticket will be refunded in full at least two weeks before the event
 . If you haven't heard from us 7 days before the event\, please follow up\
 , as sometimes our emails go into Spam. We hold no liability for no-shows 
 who were notified of their place. (Please do not book transport or hotels 
 until you have received a confirmation email from us.) * Please note that 
 tickets are sold in three categories: Female\, Male and Non Binary. If you

 h includes a welcome cocktail or two (including non-alcoholic options). Th
 e rest of the event is BYO so please bring your own extra drinks. We will 
 provide glasses\, ice and some soft drinks. Doors open at 8pm. Carriages a
 t 1am. Dress code: Sexy / Fetish i.e. dress sexy and make an effort. Stric
 tly no jeans\, street clothes or something you would wear to work (no blac
 k trousers / white shirt combos). The venue has spaces to change so you ar
 e welcome to change there after work. Shoes and heels are welcome in the s
 pace. Please note that men must make as much effort as women with their at
