 this lab you’ll be able to: manage a single rope smoothly without rushin
 g start rope scenes with clear consent\, presence\, and structure tie and 
 adjust simple cuffs/connectors that feel good to be in transition through 
 untie / retie with presence\, flow\, elegance build a short one-rope scene
  with a beginning\, middle\, and ending ✦ LEVEL Beginner / Intermediate/
  advanced -friendly + deep for experienced riggers. the course is going to
  lead you to a deeper connection with Helpful to have: basic familiarity w

 artner 1 rope (ideal 7–10m Safety shears (mandatory) comfortable clothes
  you can move in water + light snack If you come alone we will pair you up
  with anyone else alone but tbe aware there might not always be a person t
 o pair you up with. ✦ CONSENT & CARE (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Consent is ongoing
