lose can you come without losing yourself? Where does your body end and mi
ne begin? A boundary isn't a wall. It's an edge. A place where something i
n you says closer — or not yet . A place where anticipation builds. Wher
 e you can feel yourself wanting\, resisting\, hesitating\, surrendering. W
e tend to think of boundaries as something we communicate with words: yes\
, no\, stop\, don't. But your body is speaking all the time. In the tighte
ning of a muscle. The change in your breath. The impulse to move closer. T
he instinct to pull away. The moment your skin becomes suddenly\, exquisit
ely aware. What if you learned to listen? In this workshop\, we'll explore
the territory between comfort and discomfort\, resistance and desire\, co
ntrol and surrender. Through somatic exercises\, partnered exploration and
playful experimentation\, we'll investigate what happens when you stay cu
rious at the edge. Can you notice the moment something changes? Can you te
ll the difference between I don't want this \, I want to slow down \, I'm
not sure \, and yes — take me there ? Can you remain deeply connected to
yourself while allowing someone else closer? Your boundaries aren't fixed
. They breathe. They move. They respond. And sometimes the most interestin
g place isn't safely on one side or the other. It's right at the edge. Kno
wing your edge doesn't mean making yourself harder to reach. It means beco
ming sensitive enough to choose when to open\, when to hold back\, when to
pause — and when to go further. Because when I can feel my no \, I can
surrender to my yes . When I know where I am\, I can let you come closer.
And when we both know the edge\, we can start to play with it. This worksh
op lays the somatic foundations for intimacy\, intensity and edge play - e
 xploring sensation\, anticipation\, power\, choice and surrender without l
osing connection to the body. Find your edge. Stay with it. Then decide wh
at you want to do there. All levels welcome. About the educator: Anna is a
somatic practitioner\, Reiki practitioner and educator with a lifelong ba
ckground in movement\, somatics\, trauma-informed practice and Tantra. Her
work is driven by a desire to go beyond the surface — into t issue\, mo
vement\, breath and sensation\, and into what becomes possible when we slo
w down and listen to the body. With empathy\, compassion and a deep sensit
ivity to the places where we lose connection with ourselves\, she creates
space for people to discover the knowledge their bodies already hold. Her
work explores embodiment\, intimacy\, connection and desire \, with a warm
\, curious and fully inclusive approach.\nhttps://www.tickettailor.com/eve
