 r venue for the evening is a spacious\, light filled private basement resi
 dence with multiple areas and equipment to play with\, so is only open to 
 vetted members. After being greeted at the door\, head to the kitchen to g
 et your welcome cocktail and meet fellow guests. Relax in the spacious sea
 ting area or in the Moroccan-inspired semi-outdoor seating space\, while o
 bserving all the fun of the dungeon area. There are two separate bedrooms 
 for play as well. The Fox Den team are there to make guests feel at home a
 nd make connections to other members so please feel free to come solo. We 
 are a super friendly bunch! 🧡 Spaces are limited to 65 and to ensure th
 e right balance between genders\, ages\, sexual orientation etc.\, guests 
 are required to share information about themselves on the check out form. 
 Buying a ticket is no guarantee of a space. If in the event we cannot acco
 mmodate you\, your ticket will be refunded in full at least two weeks befo
 re the event. If you haven't heard from us 7 days before the event\, pleas
 e follow up\, as sometimes our emails go into Spam. We hold no liability f
 or no-shows who were notified of their place. (Please do not book transpor
 t or hotels until you have received a confirmation email from us.) * Pleas
 e note that tickets are sold in three categories: Female\, Male and Non Bi
 nary. If you wish to be considered for the event with a friend\, play part
 ner or romantic partner\, then please indicate on the checkout form who yo
 u are applying with and your application will be considered together. **Pl

  person which includes a welcome cocktail or two (including non-alcoholic 
 options). The rest of the event is BYO so please bring your own extra drin
 ks. We will provide glasses\, ice and some soft drinks. Doors open at 8pm.
  Carriages at 1am. Dress code: Sexy / Fetish i.e. dress sexy and make an e
 ffort. Strictly no jeans\, street clothes or something you would wear to w
 ork (no black trousers / white shirt combos). The venue has spaces to chan
 ge so you are welcome to change there after work. Shoes and heels are welc
 ome in the space. Please note that men must make as much effort as women w
