 A boundary isn't necessarily a wall. It can be an edge\, a threshold\, a p
lace where two people meet. We often think of boundaries as something we c
ommunicate with words: yes\, no\, stop\, don't. But our bodies are communi
 cating all the time — through tension\, breath\, movement\, leaning in\,
pulling away\, opening\, closing\, reaching or freezing. This workshop is
an invitation to become more curious about those signals. Together\, we'l
l explore how to find your boundaries\, recognise them in the moment\, and
stay connected to yourself while connecting with someone else. We'll prac
tise honouring what your body is telling you — and communicating it in w
ays that allow another person to meet you there. We'll explore: sensing th
 e difference between yes\, no\, maybe\, not yet\, more and enough noticing
the subtle bodily signals that appear before a boundary becomes a thought
staying present with yourself when someone else wants something different
expressing boundaries through words\, movement\, breath and touch holding
a boundary without shutting down connection allowing someone closer witho
ut abandoning yourself discovering how a clear boundary can become an invi
tation rather than a rejection exploring the relationship between boundari
es\, vulnerability\, trust and desire There will be guided somatic exercis
es\, partnered exploration and space to experiment\, play and reflect. You
don't need to arrive knowing exactly where your boundaries are. In fact\,
that's part of the exploration. Because knowing your boundaries isn't abo
ut becoming harder to reach. It's about becoming clear enough to choose. W
hen I know where I am\, I can meet you more freely. When I can feel my no\
, my yes becomes clearer. And when I can communicate both\, connection bec
omes much more interesting. Come curious. Come embodied. Find your edge
 — and discover what you want to do with it. All levels welcome About the
educator: Anna is a somatic practitioner\, Reiki practitioner and educato
 r with a lifelong background in movement\, somatics\, trauma-informed prac
tice and Tantra. Her work is driven by a desire to go beyond the surface
 — into t issue\, movement\, breath and sensation\, and into what becomes
possible when we slow down and listen to the body. With empathy\, compass
ion and a deep sensitivity to the places where we lose connection with our
selves\, she creates space for people to discover the knowledge their bodi
es already hold. Her work explores embodiment\, intimacy\, connection and
desire \, with a warm\, curious and fully inclusive approach. ( centrefors
