  left in a monotone drone of play. In this workshop\, we will be exploring
  sensational pathways to light up the neurons and elevate the blood flow. 
 Partners do not necessarily have to identify as Sadists and Masochists in 
 order to include impact in their play. The intention here is to combine el
 ements in order to elevate the senses\, deepen the play and the connection
  between us. It is not required that couples have previous experience with
  impact play though it is certainly a benefit if you have previous experie
 nce communicating through challenging experiences together. Rigger prerequ
 isites: experience following patterns and building harnesses\, proficient 
 upline building and management\, confident in rope communication skills\, 
 knowledge of safety and risk in rope. Bottom prerequisites: confident in-r

 t ability to monitor and communicate signs of nerve compression. About the
  educator: William (they/she) is a queer artist\, designer and builder bas
 ed in Brooklyn\, New York\; a dominant\, a pervert\, a rope bondage enthus
 iast\, a sadist\, and the founder of Temple New York. William has been a s
 tudent of Shibari since meeting Midori in 2004. Since then they have had t
 he honor of learning from many teachers\, most notably with Chiaki(Japan) 
 and KissMeDeadlyDoll (New York) focusing primarily on Naka style and seme-
 nawa. Since the founding of Temple New York in 2019\, William has been wor
 king as a community organizer\, educator\, and professional Dominant. They
  combine their experiences in theater\, performing arts and their degrees 
 in fine art to build worlds of the imagination within venues like Temple a
 nd within private and performance spaces. They has tied with international
 ly acclaimed Shibari artist Hajime Kinoko for their New York performance a
 rt installations and have presented at Dark Odyssey\, Dances of Vice and T
 orture Garden. William’s work has been published in Kinbaku Society Berl
 in\, Spunk Magazine\, Petite Mort Magazine and Subspace Magazine.\nHosted
